Our Story
Built by family. Inspired by possibility.
Like many meaningful things, Hopka & Son began with a conversation.
The idea of building something of our own had been with us for some time. But between careers, responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life, it remained just that—an idea waiting for the right moment.
Then we became parents.
Welcoming our son gave us a new perspective on what mattered most. We began thinking differently about our time, our future, and the kind of life we wanted to create for our family.
We knew we wanted to build something that would give us the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally, without losing sight of the moments that matter most.
And we realized that sometimes, the right moment isn't something you wait for. It's something you create.
With deep family roots in the glass industry, a shared appreciation for beautiful design, and the determination to build something meaningful, we decided to turn that long-standing conversation into reality.
Hopka & Son was born from that decision.
Today, we're building more than a custom glass company. We're creating a business grounded in family, thoughtful craftsmanship, genuine relationships, and the belief that beautiful spaces deserve a personal approach.

When we started Hopka & Son, we made a promise to ourselves: no matter how much we grow, we never want to lose the personal connection that inspired us to begin.
This company was built from a desire to create something meaningful for our family. Something we could take pride in, pour our hearts into, and one day look back on knowing we built it with intention.
